This was my very first retreat and it had been gifted to me by my Mother. How lucky was I to come and stay at the Billabong Retreat. From check in to the lunch on my final day and check out everything and everyone was so approachable, professional and friendly. I felt totally comfortable and enjoyed the yoga which I had not participated in since I was in my teens and the meditation each evening helped me sleep better than I have in quite a while. The food menu was absolutely delightful the tasty nourishing meals and snacks were something to look forward to each day. I would highly recommend Billabong to all age groups. There is something for everyone.

We recently had the day retreat at Billabong retreat and are already booking our next longer stay. From the time you are greeted by the staff at reception you know you are in good hands. The food is delicious and the yoga and wellness workshops are run by the most centred and caring instructors. If you are looking for a place to reset yourself then look no further. It is amazing for the body, heart and soul and i can not stop spreading the word to friends and family. Do yourself a favour and visit this amazing sanctuary.

A fantastic wellness retreat set in the middle of tranquil wilderness. Friends had been recommending this place to me for years, and I finally made it there this weekend — it couldn’t have come at a better time after several stressful work weeks. I attended every wellness session on offer: Yin yoga, flow yoga, meditation, the wellness workshop, and even an incredible hot stone massage. Each experience felt thoughtfully designed with one goal in mind — helping guests truly reset and recharge. The food was another highlight. I’d heard many people visit just for that, and now I understand why. The organic vegetarian meals were absolutely delicious and left me feeling light, refreshed, and energised.

I've had such a great weekend! Mark was our retreat host and he is an amazing instructor. Very knowledgeable about what he is teaching and he brings a lot of his own enjoyment in his practice into his classes and workshops. I'd 100% love to join him again in my yoga and breathwork practices. The retreat itself was only about a 30 minute drive from home, but we felt so far away! The environment is gorgeous and it's so quiet, it felt like we were ages away from the city. Food was delicious as well, I personally didn't get any spa treatments but my partner really enjoyed his massage. I could have stayed for another week.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. I felt completely cared for and pampered throughout my stay. Kimberley created such an inclusive and welcoming space, and Maxine’s cooking class was a real highlight — engaging, enjoyable and full of practical takeaways. I also loved my consultation with Rowena, who offered thoughtful and genuinely valuable guidance in a short time. The massage with Hannah was one of the best I’ve ever had. Every staff member was warm, generous and incredibly skilled, and the food was absolutely outstanding. I left feeling refreshed, inspired and very grateful — highly recommend.
