About Bonne Santé Bali

Bonne Santé Bali is a private outpatient addiction and mental health treatment provider in Gianyar, represented online through the Sérénité Bali brand. Its personalised programmes support adults, adolescents, children, couples and families experiencing substance use, trauma, emotional distress, behavioural concerns and relationship difficulties. Care combines evidence-based psychotherapy with a holistic understanding of physical, psychological, relational and environmental well-being. Following an individual assessment, the team can draw on cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, somatic work, mindfulness, psychoeducation and relapse-prevention counselling to create a plan around each client's needs and goals. The programme also incorporates practices such as breathwork, meditation, yoga, aquatic bodywork, exercise and nutritional guidance. These services are intended to strengthen emotional regulation, self-awareness, physical health and practical coping skills alongside conventional counselling. Located in Singapadu Kaler in Bali's Gianyar Regency, the centre offers a discreet and culturally sensitive setting away from the island's busier resort areas. Outpatient care allows clients to receive structured support while continuing to live off site and, where appropriate, remain connected to family, school or everyday responsibilities.

Activities

Individual Psychotherapy

Private one-to-one sessions give clients space to explore addiction, trauma, mood symptoms, relationships and unhelpful behavioural patterns. Therapy is adapted to the individual's history, circumstances and recovery goals.

Professionally Facilitated Group Therapy

Structured groups encourage insight, accountability and respectful peer connection. Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, interpersonal dynamics, trauma integration and practical recovery skills.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Guided mindfulness and meditation help clients practise present-moment awareness without judgement. These techniques can support stress management, emotional balance and recognition of triggers.

Breathwork Sessions

Evidence-informed breathing practices are used to encourage calm, improve self-awareness and support nervous-system regulation. Sessions may be delivered individually or in a group format.

We had a great time. You are taken to 3 or 4 different trails and get to go for it. I paired with my wife and it was exactly the sort of level we wanted. The guys were helpful enough but let you get on with it. We also went as part of a package and got fed. Thank you.

Been there for multiple times with clients and they’re all satisfying. Its headquarter’s facilities is considerably good. Pros - decent space for lunch - comfortable practice-ground before heading to the field - English speaking instructors - its bikes are all in good conditions - tasty lunch - enough numbers of lockers & toilets - minutes ride from Ubud center Cons - need to provide proper towel Very recommended

Me and my husband joined Fun ATV Bali via a Sunrise Tour from Klook and it was really fun. Our group had about 10 other people, and even though we didn’t know anyone else, everything ran smoothly. There are three courses. The first is a jungle trail where everyone goes in line along the same route, which is a good warm-up. The second course opens up into what looks like a paddy field. It’s more open, and we were allowed to roam freely and take whichever route we wanted. The third course goes back into the jungle, with hills, humps, a gorilla cave, and a small waterfall. The waterfall wasn’t quite what we expected—it was very small and no photos were taken there—but the overall trail was exciting. We paid 600k for photos for the two of us. Not sure if this is the standard rate, but the quality was excellent, with lots of photos and even a few videos. The instructors were all friendly and helpful. They encouraged us to go faster to make the ride more fun and to get better pictures. I even saw someone fall and flip their ATV in front of me, and the instructors immediately went to help her and kept checking on her throughout the rest of the activity. Overall, it was a really fun experience. The trails were varied, the staff were attentive, and it felt safe while still being adventurous. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for an adrenaline-filled activity in Bali.
