Freedom
About Freedom
Freedom is a highly private drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre in Bali, created for people who want focused treatment away from a conventional group setting. The residential programme accommodates just one client at a time, allowing the clinical team to shape the schedule, therapeutic intensity and wellness activities around that individual’s history, needs and recovery goals. Treatment combines evidence-based psychotherapy, addiction education and holistic wellbeing. Clinical options include one-to-one counselling, CBT, EMDR, ACT, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention and trauma-focused approaches. These are complemented by yoga, meditation, massage, nutrition support, expressive therapies and individually selected activities designed to rebuild healthy routines and a stronger connection between mind and body. Clients stay in a private Bali villa with a pool, chef-prepared meals and round-the-clock support. Beach exercise, surfing, spa treatments, horseback riding and escorted visits to waterfalls, temples and rice fields can be incorporated into the programme, creating a restorative balance between structured clinical work and meaningful experiences in nature. Freedom also places an emphasis on preparing for life after residential care. Exit planning addresses accountability, coping skills, self-care and the development of a reliable support network, followed by ongoing check-ins for three months after departure. This personalised model may be particularly appealing to executives, public-facing professionals and anyone seeking discretion without sacrificing clinical depth.

Real experiences from people who've been there.
We had the most incredible 11-night stay at this beautiful Bali villa. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. Robert, and team, were fantastic, warm, attentive, and always ensuring everything ran smoothly. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the amazing team of five staff who looked after us throughout our stay. They were all so friendly, kind, and genuinely accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. Every detail was taken care of with a smile, which made our time there feel effortless and relaxing. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and 4 children, and it was the perfect setting for our whole family. During our 11 days, we celebrated three birthdays, and each one was made incredibly special with a beautifully designed cake created just for the occasion. It was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to all of us. A special mention to the private chef (Darwin), who was absolutely outstanding. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, adding such a luxurious touch to our stay. Our whole family had a wonderful time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy Bali. We left with amazing memories and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
Staff amazing & owner easy to chat with & went out of his way including the staff to make sure my stay & friends enjoyed every minute. Celebrated a special birthday & couldn’t fault the clean & beautiful facilities. Would highly recommend to everybody. I would definitely stay here again & can’t wait to do this. Thankyou Robert & all the staff at Freedom Villa.
Our family recently spent 10 wonderful days at Freedom Villa. I have difficulties walking and the Villa team couldn’t do enough for me! They were so kind and caring! They gave me a chair for the bathroom, put anti-slip mats in the shower and checked with me daily to see if I needed any thing else. Thank you to each and every member of the team! I really appreciated everything you did for me and for our family.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Freedom Villa in Seminyak, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. The spacious rooms were beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and elegant decor. The large private pool was a highlight and a very big hit with our children. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were attentive yet discreet, and always ready to assist with anything. The location was ideal and close to many shops and great restaurants. I can not recommend this villa enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in Bali. We can't wait to return. Many thanks to Robert and his wonderful staff.
