Horizon Rehab Center is a private addiction and mental health treatment facility on the peaceful Jin Wellbeing County campus in Pathum Thani, approximately one hour north of central Bangkok. Its smaller residential setting accommodates 6-15 clients, creating a calm environment where care can be tailored to each person’s health, recovery goals and circumstances. Affiliated with Thonburi Burana Hospital and the Thonburi Healthcare Group, Horizon combines psychiatric and nursing support with evidence-based psychotherapy. Programmes address substance use, trauma, co-occurring disorders, behavioural addictions and primary mental health concerns through individual counselling, group work, family therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing and relapse prevention. Treatment also incorporates holistic and wellness-focused practices such as yoga, mindfulness, acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage, neurofeedback, art and music therapy. Residential, detox, day treatment, outpatient and transitional options allow the clinical team to recommend an appropriate level of structure, while specialist programmes support executives, professionals, couples and families. Private rooms, landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, fitness facilities and chef-prepared meals provide a comfortable foundation for recovery. Therapeutic outings and recreational activities help clients practise healthy routines while benefiting from Thailand’s culture and natural surroundings.

Joining Horizon was one of the greatest experiences that i have ever had. Since day one the hospitality was amazing and everyone was very welcoming. The counselors were amazing and very helpful and well educated (Mr. tony, Ms. Dora) really great people. The medical team were available 24/7 and provided all the help needed even after leaving the program. The support team are really awesome people and understood the needs of each and every client. Management team made the whole operation and all processes very smooth and easy. The food and the kitchen is a long story, but long story short they have catered to all my stomach allergies and provided us with some really good food. Housekeeping and cleaning were provided everyday. On top of all that they have provided us with great yoga instructors, an amazing sound bath therapist, and gym trainers. I highly recommend this place for everyone and wishing a well recovery to all. Thank you guys for being a part of my journey 🙏🏼.
I cannot recommend Horizons highly enough. I came here needing a reset to get back into my normal program, and my experience was fantastic. Beyond the exceptional staff that really makes life easy there, you have incredible facilities: a beautiful gym, nature paths, indoor golf and simulator, swimming pool, plus the sauna and steam room. It was simple, immediate, and they truly took care of me. Whether you are dealing with specific issues or just tired and need a break, this is the place to go. Highly, highly, highly recommended.
I went to Horizon to give myself a positive challenge. To constructively check my habits & thinking. I knew I had to make changes. Staff there are a deeply caring & compassionate team of professionals who supported me every step of the way. The location is peaceful, with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodation, and great food. This programme has had a tremendously positive impact on my life. My physical and mental health have improved dramatically. I have a much more positive outlook. I think more clearly, sleep better, have more energy. There are so many positive things to say & I'm discovering more 6+ months later. If you're struggling with alcohol and unsure where to turn, I can't recommend Horizon Rehab Centre highly enough. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!
Highly recommended! This place provided mental health care with attentive staff and a high staff-to-client ratio, which makes me feel safe and not alone. Counsellors are so smart, empathetic, and genuinely caring. however, dont expect support staff to take care and have service mind. actually, you might almost pay "respect " as they can affect you well being....also ...if you left this place....dont even think of any aftercare assistance from international support staff. they are not your friend they just work and ready to act like superior (roll eyes)....good luck
