Solas Retreats
About Solas Retreats
Solas Retreats offers luxury, women-only wellbeing retreats at Bina Maya Yallingup Escape, near Yallingup in Western Australia's South West (close to Busselton and the Margaret River region). Founded by health coach, personal trainer and NLP Master Trainer Sharon Curciarello, retreats blend functional fitness, wholefood nutrition, NLP-based mindset workshops and wellness therapies within a small, women-only group setting. Solas runs two core formats. Transform Retreats are a 5-day, 4-night immersive experience for up to 8–9 women, designed for guests wanting deeper personal insight and more time to recover. Reset Retreats are a shorter 3-day, 2-night format for up to 20 guests, aimed at people who need a purposeful pause rather than a full week away. Solas also offers tailored Corporate Retreats of 1–5 days for teams and organisations. Both retreat formats are presented as fully inclusive: accommodation, wholefood breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and beverages (alcohol-free), daily functional fitness workouts, daily mindset workshops, daily guided meditation, massage and wellness therapies, and cooking demonstrations. Guests also take home a retreat handbook, meditations, workout plans and recipes, and receive follow-up support after the retreat ends. A typical day follows a set rhythm: morning movement, stretching and meditation; wholefood breakfast; a mindset workshop; a cooking demonstration; lunch; massage and wellness treatments; a second mindset workshop in the afternoon; wholefood dinner; and evening relaxation and meditation. Retreats are hosted at Bina Maya Yallingup Escape, an award-winning venue near pristine beaches and bushland walking trails, with private single-occupancy and twin-share rooms available. Solas Retreats also uses Smiths Beach Resort Yallingup as a second venue for some retreats. Solas Retreats is presented as a lifestyle and wellbeing retreat rather than a medically managed detoxification, residential rehabilitation or clinical mental-health treatment service.
